- Do you offer a trial period?

Yes. We offer a 14-day free trial for paid plans with limited usage so you can test the service before subscribing.
- During the trial, you can explore all major features.
- After the trial ends or limits are reached, you can choose a paid plan or continue on the free plan with limited features.
- What happens when my page views are used up?

When your usage reaches 80%, you will receive a notification so you can renew your subscription.
- If you do not renew in time, your comments will continue to work and we allow up to 10% overage beyond your plan limit.
- After that, your site enters read-only mode: visitors can still view comments but cannot post or react.
- Once usage exceeds 25% overage, comments will stop loading until renewal.
- How are pageviews counted for billing?

Pageviews are estimated using interactions with the Comnto service, including embed script calls, comment list requests, and API usage. This ensures fair billing and protects the service from misuse. Actual page traffic may differ slightly from counted pageviews.
- Can I use multiple domains?

Yes. If your website operates under multiple domains, you can add them to your trusted domains list with support for up to five domains per site.
- What is Advanced Spam Detection?

We use AI-based analysis to automatically detect and flag spam comments.
- The system looks for issues such as profanity, scams, suspicious links, repeated or nonsensical text, phishing, advertising, foreign languages, and threatening content.
- How do real-time updates work for free and paid plans?

Free sites use polling, where the browser checks for new comments every few seconds.
- Paid plans unlock WebSocket real-time updates. If a topic has recent activity (at least five comments in the past hour), it stays live through WebSockets for instant updates.
