We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you experience any issue with our service, please contact us — most problems can be resolved quickly.

We aim to provide a clear and fair refund policy that protects both our customers and our business. Because our services include a free trial with usage limits, customers are encouraged to fully evaluate the product before purchasing a paid plan.

Once a payment is made, refunds are generally not automatic and are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial (or until the usage limits are reached), allowing you to test all essential features before committing to a paid subscription.

No payment is required to start the trial. After the trial ends or limits are reached, you can upgrade to a paid plan or continue on the free plan.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • You experienced a technical issue prevented you from using the service, caused by our system, and our support team was unable to resolve it.
  • You were mistakenly charged due to a billing or subscription error.
  • You made a duplicate payment for the same account.

Refund requests that fall outside these conditions will generally not be approved, especially when the service has already been used successfully.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after using the paid plan.
  • Failure to cancel before the renewal date.
  • Partial months or unused portions of a billing period.
  • Exceeding the trial limits and then requesting a refund after upgrading.

Yearly Plans

For yearly subscriptions, refunds are also handled case-by-case. If approved, we may offer a partial refund for the unused portion of the term, minus processing fees and any discounts applied at purchase.

Final Decision

We reserve the right to approve or reject refund requests based on the circumstances and usage history.

Once a refund is issued, access to paid features will be revoked immediately.
